I've just returned home from an epic two weeks in the Kimberley shooting for Tourism WA. I was really lucky to be chosen to shoot drone & motion alongside legendary Simon Westlake and an amazing cast & crew. Huge thanks to Jenny Crabb and the Sandbox team for incredible production work, Barbara Cavalli for styling, H&M and Martin Lundmark for lighting, assisting and making it all work like a machine. I'm already missing that amazing landscape and cannot wait to get back.

I've just returned from another 2 week stint in the Kimberley. What a wild adventure this was! We were commissioned by a Sydney production company to capture an aerial view of the Kimberley for an upcoming TV series. We filmed everthing from Kununurra to Broome and back and enjoyed every minute. The Kimberley, its just a magical place! It's also great to be able to offer our clients a safe, insured and certified drone service, Australia wide.

Recently I managed to take a few weeks off from my day job, so I took the chance for a road trip down to Lake Eyre. With the recent rains in western Queensland and South Australia I couldn't wait to see the effects of the water snaking its way through the outback. And what better platform to see the lake than from a Cessna 210?
It's been an absolute pleasure to be working with the Toowoomba Regional Council over the last 6 months, capturing a library of images in the local area. I must admit, being asked to shoot landscapes in my own back yard is a dream job. I had way too much fun, and at the end of the day I think we ended up with some great images.
'Hamersley' is a short aerial film from the Pilbara that I've pieced together in the last few months. It's a collection of aerial drone footage that I've been shooting over the past year in places like Karijini National Park and the Hamersley range. The Pilbara is such a special place for me, I think once you get that red dust in your blood it never comes out! Anyway - please enjoy the clip!
